Use Policies
Patrons
must have a valid OCPL library card to use Public Access Computers
2-8 and may only reserve a time slot up to a 1-hour limit.
Patrons may only sign up for two 1-hour slots on a computer in
any given day, except Saturdays during the summer & Sundays.
Patrons may continue to use a computer beyond their allotted time
slot up to one hour, provided no one is waiting to use a computer.
Patrons
must pay all library card fines and lost charges before using
the Public
Access Computers.
COMPUTERS
1-10 CONTAIN
THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS:
Microsoft
Word - word processing program
Internet Explorer - Internet access
Excel - a spreadsheet design program
PowerPoint- a program that allows you to create computer based
slide shows
We
charge 10 cents a page for printing.
IF
THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THE COMPUTERS, NOTIFY A LIBRARIAN!
We do NOT assist patrons with computer usage beyond start-up and
computer glitches.
